Spacious room. near Orchad Road. good facilities.

Washing machine and dryer need to be paid with coins in order to operate it, guest does not have coins won't be able to use it, no coin changer is unavailable.

Great as value for money

Room size is bigger than normal. The hotel location was great as its nearby to Orchard road and easily accessible to other parts of Spore.

The air con unit was pretty noisy

It was a nice location, clean with friendly and accomodation front desk and room service staff.

The breakfast. It’s was not worth the value for money. The food was tasteless and had very limited choices. At sharp 10 a.m. the staff start clearing the breakfast trays even when u have come in at 9:30 a.m. Some of the food trays were empty when I came in at 9:15 a.m. on the 2nd day and when I went to inform the staff, the staff was having a bowl of coco crunch of her own behind the counter and informed me it will be refilled soon. Again on 2nd day, food was tasteless. Raised the matter to the front desk and asked for a refund for the 3rd day of breakfast but was informed they can’t as the breakfast was outsourced to a 3rd party though they will inform the management about our experience. Did not bother having breakfast on the 3rd day. Hope booking.com could refund the 3rd day breakfast cost

Affordable stay near Orchard area

Location of the place was great with the surrounding upscale neighbourhood. Reception was also able to pair & upgrade the rooms upon availability at their discretion

Functional stat

Space, shower pressure, high floor, juice machine near reception, not that far from Orchard road

Breakfast options, too strict on time, v limited room service and no one picks up phone.

The hotel was good value for money.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was also within walking distance to Orchard Road. The breakfast was acceptable; though it could do with more varieties. We had dinner at the restaurant at the 4th floor and I enjoyed the caesar salad and mushroom soup.

It could do with more chairs and sofas at the reception area.

Staying with the family.

Bathroom and hotel location.

Three single bed was provided for 4 people. Had to squeeze although the hotel knew we were four. Asked for about 90 dollar including taxes for another extra bed. Breakfast was poor. Restaurant is freezing cold, waste of energy. For the climate in the region we did not have jackets. This was the only place we needed. Restaurant said it had no control over it ??? Not a value for money hotel.
